EventCrewOS features

EventCrewOS is crew management software for event staffing, production and hospitality companies. It covers scheduling, GPS clock-in, certification tracking and worker communication in one mobile web app. It is in development: everything below can be tried in the demo, and each feature is labeled with how far along it is.

GPS clock-in

Working in the demo

Workers clock in from their phone. At clock-in the app checks their distance from the venue, so the record shows when and where they arrived. Coordinators can see who hasn't clocked in by call time.

Shifts and jobs board

Companies post shifts with role, pay rate and requirements. Workers browse open shifts, apply or claim them and see their upcoming schedule in one place.

Certification tracking

Partly built

Workers upload certifications such as OSHA 10, ETCP, TIPS and food handler cards. Admins approve them, and companies see them before hiring. Expiry alerts and blocking ineligible workers from shifts are in progress.

Reliability scores

Each worker profile carries a reliability score, so companies can see who shows up when deciding who to hire.

Live earnings and wallet

Demo; payouts planned

During a shift, workers see a live earnings counter. A wallet view shows their pay history. Same-day payouts are on the roadmap.

Incident reports and SOS

Working in the demo

Workers can file an incident report with details or send an SOS that alerts the coordinator. Both record the worker's location.

Crew inbox and AI assistant

Working in the demo

Messages between the company and crew live in one inbox. An assistant answers questions about shifts and venues.

Onboarding and interviews

Working in the demo

New workers go through onboarding steps and can schedule interviews from the worker portal.

Three portals, one sign-in

Working in the demo

Workers, companies and admins each get their own portal. Sign-in uses a phone number and a one-time code, with no passwords.
